Privacy

This page explains what Finality collects, why, how long it is kept, and who else can see it. Finality is operated by ThreeMinds Collective LLC.

Who operates Finality

Finality is operated by ThreeMinds Collective LLC. For any privacy question, or to ask for a copy of your data or its deletion, email Tcook@ThreeMindsCollective.com.

What we collect

Your account. An email address, and a display name if you give one. If you sign in with a password, we store only a cryptographic hash of it and never the password itself. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your email address, your name, and an identifier for your account; we never see your Google password.

Your audio and your work. The files you upload, the projects you organise them into, and the analysis results Finality produces from them.

Your usage. How many minutes of audio you have analysed, so we can apply your plan's monthly allowance and, on a paid plan, bill correctly.

Technical records. Ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, timestamps, what failed — kept to keep the service running, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.

What we do with it

We use it to run the service: to analyse the audio you upload and report back what was measured, to keep your projects and reviews available to you, to apply your plan's allowance, to take payment if you are on a paid plan, to answer you when you get in touch, and to keep the platform secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your audio is not training data

Finality does not use your audio to train models, and does not use it to build anything offered to anyone else. Your recordings are analysed to produce your review, and for nothing else.

If you opt in, measurements from your reviews (numbers, never audio) help calibrate Finality for everyone; opt out anytime.

Your audio is processed on servers operated by ThreeMinds Collective LLC. It is not sent to a third-party analysis or transcription service. If that ever changes, this page will name the service before the change takes effect.

Who else is involved

A small number of companies help run Finality, and each sees only what it needs:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the service or somebody's safety.

How long we keep things

Reviews and the audio behind them are kept for the retention window on your plan: 7 days on the free Community plan, 90 days on Solo, and 180 days on Studio. After that they are deleted automatically.

You can delete a review yourself at any time from inside the app, without waiting for that window.

Your account is kept until you ask us to delete it. Records we are required to keep for tax or accounting reasons, such as payment records, are kept for as long as the law requires.

Security

Access to your work is limited to your own account, and to anybody you have deliberately added to your team. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Connections to the service are encrypted in transit.

No service can promise perfect security. If we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account. Email Tcook@ThreeMindsCollective.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your personal information, including the right to complain to a data protection regulator.

Children

Finality is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you are under 18, use Finality with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that affects what we do with your information, we will say so here and, where the change is significant, tell you directly.
